A: We recommend beginning with the Detox Combo or Mini Combo, paired with our Detox Guide. Ease in gently, listen to your body, and hydrate well.

Q: Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
A: Some of our herbal blends may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Q: Can I use multiple Nomah products together?
A: Yes! Our products are designed to work synergistically. For example, you can pair the Colon Sweeper with Hormone Tea and Sea Moss for full-body support.

Q: Do your products have any additives or preservatives?
A: No. All Nomah products are 100% natural, preservative-free, vegan, and cruelty-free.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All products are manufactured in South Africa in a GMP-certified facility and undergo rigorous quality control.

Q: What if I have a reaction or concern with a product?
A: Please discontinue use and contact our support team. We are happy to assist you in assessing the issue or arranging a return/refund.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within South Africa. Flat rate R100 (per 5kg) shipping. Free shipping on orders over R1000.

Q: How long until I see results?
A: While everyone’s body is different, most clients notice improved digestion and energy within 7–14 days when used consistently.

Q: Are your ingredients organic?
A: Yes, our ingredients are organic or wildcrafted, ethically sourced, and always non-GMO.

A: Our Colon Sweeper is formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients. While it’s effective for detoxification, individuals with sensitive stomachs or digestive conditions such as IBS should consult with a healthcare provider before use. Some may experience mild loose bowels on the first day, and we recommend reducing usage if discomfort occurs.

A: Many of our customers report an improvement in vitality and energy levels within 7–10 days of consistent use of VitaFem. However, individual results may vary based on your body’s needs and lifestyle habits.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are processed in 1–3 days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. You’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: Unopened or damaged products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: Can I use your products if I’m on medication or pregnant?
