At Nomah Organic Products, we care deeply about your wellness and satisfaction. Each of our products is crafted with care and intention to support your holistic health journey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • Product is expired or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received in your order

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

🔁 Return Process

If your return meets the criteria above:

Email us at [orders@nomah.co.za] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our support team will assess your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved:

  • You will be responsible for arranging courier return at your own expense (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  • If the return does not pass inspection (e.g., product opened), no refund will be issued and the item will be discarded.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Personalised wellness combos (unless incorrect or damaged)

📦 Return Address

We will provide the return address via email once your return is approved. Please do not send products back without authorisation.

🕐 Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • National delivery takes 3–5 business days
