  • Currently, we ship within South Africa only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made via Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner.
  • Please note: Rural and outlying areas may take slightly longer for delivery.

  • Flat Rate: R100 per order (up to 5kg)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.
  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. We will contact you to arrange this.


🧾 Invoice & Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order once your purchase is complete. An official invoice will be included with your delivery.
