  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.

We use PayFast as our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered nationally within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping fee: Flat rate of R100 (up to 5kg) (Free shipping on orders over R1000).
  • Courier services provided via Courier Guy.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all content (including pricing, product descriptions, or availability) is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
